2025 WISCONSIN ACT

An Act to affect 2023 Wisconsin Act 19, section 9427 (1); relating to: sunset of the community-oriented policing-house grant program and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB278,1gSection 1g. 20.455 (2) (cp) of the statutes is amended to read:

20.455 (2) (cp) Community-oriented policing-house grant program. Biennially As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule to provide grants to fund community-oriented policing-house programs.

SB278,1mSection 1m. 2023 Wisconsin Act 19, section 9427 (1) is amended to read:

[2023 Wisconsin Act 19] Section 9427 (1) Sunset of community-oriented policing-house grant program. The treatment of s. 165.989 and the repeal of s. 20.455 (2) (cp) take effect on July 1, 2025 2027.
